KingCat 1
I have a problem with gate B50 at KDEN.As you can see in the attached screenshot, the stairs and bagagecars do move towards the airplane (PMDG 737-700), except for the jetway itself. I've already tried the menu option to place the aircraft at the correct parkingspot, but still this doesn't move the jetway. There is another post in this forum from another user who is experiencing the same problems at gate B30 (search the AES-forum for "KDEN"). However he uses a different airplane. But it seems that there are some problems with the jetways on the "B-concourse".Can this be fixed?Jon
KingCat 1
Well, can this be corrected??I've noticed that when I stop the airplane as soon as the dockingsystem comes alive, then the jetway does move. So I guess the dockingsystem needs some adjusting (it should tell the user to stop the plane sooner). Also I've noticed that the sounds from the marshaller do not play in this case (arrival and departure).Jon
KingCat 1
A reply from support regarding these issues would be appreciated (as they are not fixed in the latest update 1.99a).Jon
Developer OPabst 2091 Posted January 17, 2009 Developer Share Posted January 17, 2009 Hi,attached you find a Update to fix the problem with the jetways.Unzip this file to the ..\Aerosoft\AES\DATA directory and overwrite older files.NOTE: AES 1.99a must be installed, no older version (incl. 1.99) will work! KingCat 1
Thanks for the fix. Will this fix also be included in the full installer of future AES versions?Jon
