I have a problem with using F16 in Gamespy.

Any connection is getting lost during connection or at least after a couple of minutes before or during flying.

This does not happen with no other Add-On plain ecc..

I know that the F16 is doing a lot of calculations.

My PC is OK - 1.8 GB Clock - 2 GB mem ecc..

My ADSL Internet connection is: 54 MBps

Most of the FSX parameters are set to normal or low.

What is the reason for ?

Thanks for explanations.

Mr. Forstmeier Raimund,

If I'm not mistaken Gamespy doesn't like slow DSL connections lower than 768 MBps or even Wireless. I would contact MS Tech support to get a concrete answer; that maybe a big portion of your troubles.

Good Luck!

Thanks for your answer.

1) contacted MS. answer = 'Gamspy is considered a Add-On' from Microsoft, pls. contact Gamespy'

2) It seams that my DSL 54 MBps is OK and it is for any FSX plain + all Add-On.

3) When I myself create a 'SESSION' the AF16 has no problem with Gamespy-connection

4) When i connect to a existing 'Session' then even getting into, after a while i'm disconnected !

Something is wrong here or not explained by Aerosoft.

I do not use the 'Wireless' as supposed but only wireless between the PC and the Modem that is about 5 meters far away and cannot influence the connection that is always 100 %.

Hope someone from Aerosoft could check it and revert.

NOTA x Aerosoft: you can answer in english or german.

Thanks and best regards,
