We like to announce our internal projects as soon as possible but this could to be a record. We do not even have an image. The same team that done the F-16 (partly), Catalina and Airbus X has now started on a project that we codenamed (don't tell others) OV-10 Bronco X.

You might know that we got a love for the weird and wonderful aircraft. The A-10 that was removed from service three times and still flies. The Catalina that looks like it could not fly and was a major success. And the Bronco that found it's role time and time again. We love cool aircraft.

If you got any comments, any info, videos or images (yes we know about youtube and airliners.net), experience on type, let us know.

Now that's an ubercool plane! Great decision of the team. I remember this plane when I was a kid (20+ years ago) still vividly. Has to be to fanciest turboprop two-seater around.

Recently saw one of the two ex-German Army Broncos flying at Duxford. I never thought I'd see one in the air over Cambridgeshire.

Will I be buying this Aerosoft one ? Hmmm...though I normally go for the more vintage piston engined stuff, I have a feeling its going to be too good to resist. A very interesting aircraft ! :)

Oh yeah, the Bronco!
Now there's a cool aircraft, so ugly that it becomes beautiful...a bit like the PBY, or the A-10...am I seeing a pattern here?

Velocity Never Exceed. This is the maximum speed that a given airplane can go. Going faster than Vne can result in “structural damage.” Please be aware that "structural damage" is very conservative language for "ripping your wings off so you plunge to a horrible death."

Ahh what versions you ask...

External A+B, internal a mixture between those two.
So no digital D version.

It's a pity there won't be a digital version of it. Did you guys already start with the modelling of the model, FD or gauges or are you just looking for information about it?

We can use ANY information.

But seriously the D version was weird, with all the new stuff. The heyday of the Bronco really was the A and B and we like to capture that.

By the way, Mathijs...you know there is a freeware FSX Bronco already, don't you ? Tim Conrad's one. Could impact sales and all that. Just thought I'd mention it in case you aren't aware.

The Bronco from Tim Conrad is quite good to a certain degree. But the sounds of it just don't do it... I think the Aerosoft Bronco will be a lot better but only for the real fans af the Bronco...

ive found multiple photos of a bronco cockpit that has analog gauges. Ive seen a few witH HUDS but for the most part, the primary gauges are analog. it is an older aircraft (vietnam war or cold war?)

I really like the Alphajet, so who knows. But isn't there a good one for FSX done?
